Stonefield Query has been customized specifically to work with the unique data structures of ACT!. You can now create reports that display information from activity tables: Contact Activity, Company Activity, and Group Activity. Stonefield Query now supports QuoteWerks, a powerful quoting application that integrates seamlessly with ACT!. You can include fields from the QuoteWerks tables on the same report as any ACT! fields. We've added access to group membership information: you can now can report on groups and their member contacts. A new "Associate With" field is available in the Contact History, Contact Note, and Contact Opportunity tables. A new "Group List" field is available in the Contact table. This gives a list of all the groups the contact belongs to, separated by semicolons. This would mainly would be used for filtering. A new function in the Tools menu, Create/Update ACT! Group, adds all contacts in a report to a group in ACT!. Another new function in the Tools menu, Manage ACT! Database List, allows you to remove previously registered databases from the Open Database dialog. Additional information about the current ACT! database now appears in the About Stonefield Query dialog. Stonefield Query now displays the names of stock Contact field name if they've been changed in ACT! Nine new pre-defined reports are included.		Ver Pantalla maximizada
